We hire a club coordinator to take care of member and customer service and other day-to-day coordination related to club activities, and to act in supervisory duties. The employment relationship starts as part-time, after training and education (Sports Management studies / OAMK) it becomes full-time and permanent. Taivalkosken Kuohu is a development club known for its strong player development work, and professionally and responsibly run sports hall operations.

Customer service and interpersonal skills come naturally to you, and you understand their importance. Do you want to do meaningful work for the wellbeing of children, adults and families? We are looking for a person who keeps things under control, acts quickly and is ready to improve their own work. Good qualities include a positive customer service mindset and good interpersonal skills. The club coordinator helps with everyday operations for athletes and committees. You already have some experience in similar tasks. You may not necessarily have experience from a sports club.
