• Umfassende Exportabfertigung
• Zollabwicklung über ATLAS (Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen)
• Erstellung bzw. Einholung aller für den Export notwendigen Unterlagen
• Fakturierung
• Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung
• Annahme der Kundenaufträge
• Organisation der Transporte / Abholungen
• Erstellung und Versand von Transportaufträgen / Buchungsbestätigungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von länderspezifischen und konzernseitigen Vorgaben
• Anfertigung und Versand der kompletten auftragsbezogenen Dokumentation
• Weltweite Kommunikation in englischer Sprache

Ihr Profil

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfracht
• Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
