Speculative Catering Account Director - National

We're building our talent pool of Catering Account Directors
To support our ambitious long-term growth plans, we're seeking entrepreneurial Catering Account Directors to join our dynamic and award-winning Eurest business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships that consistently exceed expectations.
  • Ensure contract performance aligns with budgetary goals and delivers on financial and business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a labour strategy that meets contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create competitive bids and proposals, supporting successful contract finalisation.
  • Lead by example by providing constructive feedback and addressing underperformance effectively.
  • Shape the customer strategy and ensure the necessary tools are in place for successful delivery.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive the strategic growth of current accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Oversee new business mobilisations, working with Sales, Culinary, Mobilisation, Technology, and Innovation teams to deliver effective solutions.
About You:
  • At least 3 years of mid-senior level experience in a market-leading food, leisure, or hospitality business, preferably within contract catering.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex teams across multiple geographical locations to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experienced in working with clients spread across various locations.
  • Passionate about food, exceptional customer service, and enhancing the culinary offering.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of financial operations.
