List + Beisler is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Hamburg to nurture customer relationships, drive commercial growth, and manage orders. The role includes learning cupping and green coffee knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

You will engage with a diverse, international customer portfolio and represent the company at events. Strong German and English skills are required, along with a passion for high-quality coffee and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent on-the-job qualification.
• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Coffee knowledge or strong interest in green coffee preferred.
• Proactive, hands-on, and well-organized with multi-tasking abilities.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.

Responsabilités

• Relationship management & customer communication across phone, email, and in-person visits, representing the company at trade shows.
• Commercial effort to grow existing accounts and win new customers in the specialty coffee-roasting scene.
• Order management by processing contracts in the ERP system and ensuring smooth follow-up.
• Develop coffee judgment through cupping and green coffee knowledge to inform customer recommendations.

Description du poste

• Relationship management & customer communication – Build strong customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person contact, delivering friendly, attentive service. Visit customers and represent the company at trade shows.
• Commercial effort – Grow existing accounts and win new customers within the emerging specialty coffee-roasting scene. Track statistics and work toward sales targets.
• Order management – Process contracts in our ERP system and ensure smooth follow-up.
• Coffee judgment – Learn to cup and build green coffee knowledge across the value chain to provide valuable, informed customer recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or a commercial qualification through on-the-job training.
• A natural-born sales talent with at least 5 years of experience in a sales-related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ideally, profound knowledge of green coffee and its industry.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Proactive and hands-on, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Eager to learn and curious about all things coffee.
• A team player who values collaboration and shared success.
