Responsibilities:

Your Influence:

1. Support of development projects: Creation of test plans and selection of suitable test benches and parameters to support the development department.
2. Preparation of results: Preparation of the test results in the form of detailed reports in close coordination with the client.
3. Result analysis: Analysis and interpretation of the test results in order to identify and implement optimization potential.
4. Project management: Independent management of test projects, also with external providers.
5. Process standardization: Optimization and standardization of test facilities and processes to ensure a consistent and efficient way of working.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Successfully completed technical studies, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering, or alternatively completed industrial-technical training followed by successfully completed further training as a technician (e.g., in mechanical engineering) and several years of professional experience in a comparable activity.
2. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the functioning of technical systems, materials, physical principles and test methods.
3. Language skills: Good oral and written communication skills in German and English.
4. Data management: Good knowledge of data management and the digitization of data.
5. Analytical skills: Good analytical skills and strong numerical understanding.
6. Standards and guidelines: Very good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and safety specifications.
7. Software skills: Knowledge of CAD programs.
