As a Specialist, you will:

  • Co-define and model sustainability metrics; present results to stakeholders
  • Model and simulate processes, material, and energy flows
  • Ensure compliance with LCIA and sustainability standards (e.g., GHG protocol)
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding LCIA standards and certifications
  • Develop data governance processes and reporting formats in line with regulations
  • Advise, support, and train internal teams on sustainability KPIs and targets
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in engineering or life sciences; Bachelor's with R&D experience
  • At least two years of LCIA practitioner experience, preferably in a multi-site industrial or medical technology setting
  • Expertise in LCIA standards (ISO 14040/14044, ISO 14067, etc.) and proficiency in LCIA tools
  • Knowledge of GHG accounting, life cycle assessment, and environmental management standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and German; willingness to travel
  • Self-motivated, organized, team-oriented, and passionate about sustainability
