Coordinate a digital operation that executes at fast pace, plans and publishes engaging content on social and owned media, takes data-based decisions and broadens the marketing mix with new channels and trends.
- Listen to and analyse trending topics to develop relevant Social Media (SoM) content
- Analyse owned, earned and paid KPIs, create performance reports and derive learnings and recommendations based on findings
- Support the execution of SoM content & channel plans: produce, publish, promote content
- Curate and share master content with Mazda’s National Sales Companies (NSCs) in Europe
- Support the creation of target group specific SoM postings and assets according to content/channel strategy and plans.
- Co-create, publish and promote content with relevant Mazda teams (i.e. PR, asset creation), agencies and external service providers
- Operate Mazda accounts on diverse SoM channels
- Support central SoM ad campaign planning and execution
- Support and backup influencer/SoM campaigns and community management
- Act as single-point-of-content for specific NSC counterparts
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in Social Media and / or Analytics
- Experience working with Social Listening and Social Media Management tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager)
- Strong affinity to data, reporting and the analytical side of things
- Ideally a proven track record in running different social media channels within the Social Media landscape and executing content & channel plans either in an agency or in-house setting
- Highly organized, detail oriented a passion for digital topics and trends
- Confident in communicating with all levels in the organization as well as external audiences
- Team player with a hands on mentality and a heavy Social Media user
