Who We Are

Our mission has started. We are beginning our own battery cell production in Battery Valley, Salzgitter, and expanding our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for developing and implementing the global PowerCo strategy, covering areas from strategy development, market intelligence, and business development to strategic partner management.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

1. Analyzing and assessing the political environment and developments concerning PowerCo and its products (EV batteries & Energy Storage Systems), with a regional focus on Lower Saxony/Salzgitter
2. Developing and aligning PowerCo's positions on public affairs activities
3. Advocating for public affairs towards external stakeholders
4. Developing and executing communication activities for internal stakeholders
5. Organizing and executing political visits from regional stakeholders
6. Managing political networks

What You Bring To The Team

• Master's degree in law, economics, European studies, or a related field
• Relevant experience in public affairs management within an industrial company
• Knowledge of project and stakeholder management
• Experience in developing internal and external position papers and decision documents (including board documents in PowerPoint) for funding projects
• Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
