Exyte seeks a Technical Sales Support/Proposal Management (m/f/d) at our Renningen site to structure complex customer requirements and translate them into compelling, well–thought–out proposals. You will coordinate with engineers, production, purchasing and logistics to support project success in a dynamic environment.

The role requires experience in proposal management or inside sales, strong technical aptitude, and excellent German with good English.

• Handle technical customer inquiries regarding cleanroom products.
• Create customized, technically sound, and commercially viable offers.
• Analyze customer requirements and tenders.
• Clarify technical details with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Actively support the sales force and key account managers.
• Maintain and track offers and opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Close collaboration with engineering, production, purchasing, and logistics.
• Participate in the further development of our sales processes.

• Proficient in MS Office and ideally CRM systems
