Exyte is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to identify new business opportunities in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries, guiding customers from first inquiry to project execution.

You will acquire new customers, assess inquiries, support quotations with PM/Estimating/Procurement, select suppliers, lead negotiations, and maintain Salesforce-based sales reporting; willingness to travel across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Engineering, or a comparable field.

• Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships within the semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries
• Evaluate customer inquiries and proposals with regard to commercial viability, risks, and technical feasibility
• Support the quotation and estimation process in close collaboration with Project Management, Estimating, and Procurement
• Select suitable suppliers and assess project execution efforts realistically
• Lead contract, proposal, and award negotiations within the scope of your authority
• Maintain and further develop sales reporting in Salesforce while supporting project execution activities

To support the growth of our business in technical piping construction, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will identify new business opportunities and support our customers from the initial inquiry through to successful project execution.

• Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships within the semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries


• Evaluate customer inquiries and proposals with regard to commercial viability, risks, and technical feasibility

Show Your Expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Engineering, or a comparable field


• Several years of experience in plant engineering, ideally within the semiconductor industry or a GMP-regulated environment


• Strong technical understanding combined with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset


• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• Willingness to travel across Europe
