Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of timelines, milestones, and overviews for Corporate Architecture project completion.
2. Support the management of all aspects of the project planning and development processes.
3. Manage Corporate Architecture projects from kick-off through design, technical drawings creation, and coordination on site.
4. Plan internal and external events, including timelines, budgets, event setup, and coordination on site.
5. Develop guidelines, toolboxes, and reporting mechanisms.
6. Support the further development of strategic processes for Corporate Architecture projects.
7. Ensure effective communication streams within and across departments and functions.

Profile of Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Corporate Development, or a related field (an advantage).
2. Professional experience in planning or management positions.
3. Industry and management certificates are an advantage.
4. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to minimize delays and handle multitasking across various projects.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating project objectives with various departments.
7. Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
