Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of timelines, milestones, and overviews for Corporate Architecture project completion.
2. Assist in managing all aspects of project planning and development processes.
3. Manage Corporate Architecture projects from kick-off through design, technical drawings creation, and on-site coordination.
4. Plan internal and external events, including timelines, budgeting, setup, and on-site coordination.
5. Develop guidelines, toolboxes, and reporting mechanisms.
6. Support the development of strategic processes for Corporate Architecture projects.
7. Ensure effective communication streams within and across departments and functions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Corporate Development, or a related field is advantageous.
2. Professional experience in planning or management roles.
3. Industry and management certificates are a plus.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to minimize delays and handle multiple projects.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating objectives across departments.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.
