The Document Controller (m/f/d) ensures that during the course of project, accurate information/documentation is distributed, on time, to all relevant parties. The role is also responsible for checking the formal aspects on all project documents according to specification and requesting correction if necessary. This also includes checking the document-related data in the respective documentation system to ensure traceability and reproducibility of project documents. In addition, the Document Controller (m/f/d) helps to ensure that all project participants understand and comply with the required regulations/specifications for controlling project documents.

• Filing, organisation, compilation and coordination of electronic data and documents during its whole lifecycle.
• Sending documents in electronic and paper form.
• Coordinating project‑specific documentation to be provided to the client, as well as tracking deadlines.
• Organising the timely compilation and delivery (by default) of contractually agreed documents.
• Maintaining, spot check and updating metadata in electronic document systems.
• Participating coordination meetings regarding documentation and related processes.
