Working alongside senior professionals in Cost Control, Commercial Management, and Project Management, you will help track budgets, analyze cost trends, and produce clear, timely reports on high-value EPC/EPCM projects in sectors like pharma, semiconductor, and oil & gas.

• Support the Commercial team during bidding processes
• Assist in monthly cost reviews by researching variances and developing cash-flow curves
• Participate in probabilistic (Monte Carlo) and scenario analyses under guidance
• Populate dashboards, S-curves, and KPIs in SAP S/4HANA and Excel; prepare draft reports in English for review
• Ensure data integrity across cost, schedule, and procurement systems
• Log trends, deviations, and potential change notices; estimate preliminary cost impacts
• Contribute to lessons-learned workshops and implement agreed actions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Initial experience in Cost Control, Finance, or Quantity Surveying on capital projects (EPC/EPCM preferred)
• Advanced skills in Excel and SAP are essential
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus
• Willingness to travel or relocate within Italy for project assignments
