Working with senior Cost Control, Commercial Manager, and Project Management professionals, you'll help track budgets, analyze cost trends, and deliver timely reports on high-value EPC/EPCM projects in pharma, semiconductor, and oil & gas sectors.

• Support the Commercial team during bidding
• Assist in monthly cost reviews: research variances and develop cash-flow curves
• Assist in probabilistic (Monte Carlo) and scenario analyses under guidance
• Create dashboards, S-curves, and KPIs in SAP S/4HANA, Excel; draft reports in English
• Ensure data integrity across systems
• Log trends, deviations, and potential change notices; quantify cost impacts
• Participate in lessons-learned workshops and implement actions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Economics, or similar
• Experience in Cost Control, Finance, or Quantity Surveying on capital projects (EPC/EPCM preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP essential
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus
• Willingness to travel or relocate within Italy
