Area of responsibilities:

• Serve as the product specialist within the regional marketing team for the Technical Lifestyle TLP // HOME // Child safety product category, focusing on product and market expertise.
• Act as the primary contact for the regional marketing and sales teams and interface with the European marketing team and global trainers for all product-related inquiries in your category.
• Analyze and define marketing collateral needs for local marketing approaches (Trade, Social, Print, etc.) and adapt global content for your category.
• Prepare presentations and develop marketing materials for the sales force to ensure proper brand and product presentation and support product launches.
• Educate and monitor the sales team on POS excellence by implementing global POS guidelines and strategies.
• Support the national brand marketing team with product and market insights for campaign creation.
• Plan and execute targeted, innovative marketing activities for customers in the DACH region.
• Develop and implement retail activation strategies for your product category.
• Manage Shop in Shop concepts, including creation, procurement interface, project control, and ROI analysis.

Profile of qualification:

• University degree in Business Administration, preferably MBA.
• Relevant work experience, ideally in Consumer Goods, Fashion, Luxury, Toys, or children-related products.
• Strong marketing expertise with a focus on Trade marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing standards and processes.
• Understanding of sales and retail environments.
• Fluent in German and Business English.
• Proactive, creative, and hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and be dynamic.
