Qualifikationen

Specialist Product Information Management (PIM) DTC (m/f/d)

Area of Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all product data, descriptions, attributes, and images are correctly uploaded, structured, and maintained in the PIM system.
• Support the enrichment and enhancement of product content to improve quality and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Monitor product data quality, perform regular checks and updates, and align with internal teams to maintain high standards.
• Work closely with e-Commerce, marketing, category management, and external partners to ensure smooth product launches.
• Assist in streamlining data workflows and maintaining documentation to ensure best practices.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies, missing information, or technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Work with our PIM system Pimcore and digital tools & platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Miro, Confluence, and SharePoint to manage product content effectively.
• Continuously develop expertise in PIM best practices, taxonomy structures, and digital content management to grow in the role.

Profile of Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in e-Commerce, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in product content management, digital commerce, or data administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely with structured data.
• Basic understanding of e-Commerce and how product content impacts online shopping experiences.
• Technical affinity and willingness to learn PIM systems and digital tools (experience with Pimcore, Akeneo, or inRiver is a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
