Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalwesen erforderlich.
• Kennen von Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
• Gute Kenntnisse der Arbeits- und Tarifverträge (Metall- und Elektroindustrie) wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung der Lohnbuchhaltung unter Berücksichtigung des Arbeitsrechts.
• Bearbeitung von Zeitmanagementfragen und Unterstützung bei Monatsberichten.
• Unterstützung der HR Business Partner im täglichen Betrieb.

Your Tasks

• Implementation of payroll accounting taking into account the applicable labour law as well as the applicable collective agreements, wage tax law and the provisions of social security law in SAP
• Processing of time management issues (shift schedules, working time models, opening of time frames) in case of substitution
• Processing of statutory electronic certification and reporting procedures
• Completion of administrative processes, creation of documents, evaluations and reports (SAP), maintenance of the intranet
• Support of monthly reporting and monthly financial statements
• Support of HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations
• Support in recruiting

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) desirable (completed degree in human resources is equivalent)
• Several years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and initial knowledge of wage tax and social security law
• Good knowledge of labour and collective agreements (metal and electrical industry) desirable
• Good knowledge of SAP desirable
• Good written and spoken German
• Confident use of MS Office applications
