ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Specialist, Paid Search (EU) will define, execute, and measure Paid Search marketing to drive scalable growth for the business. The key responsibility is to improve Paid Search marketing from strategy to execution by effectively driving site traffic and conversions as efficiently as possible. This includes agency management, campaign execution, testing and optimization, and developing scalable automated processes. The marketing leader will be passionate about measuring performance and working strategically to optimize campaigns for a positive long-term financial impact. They will focus on ROI and develop capabilities to optimize Paid Search campaigns for long-term success.

The Specialist, Paid Search (EU) should be comfortable in both an ambiguous, self-sufficient role and team support/interaction. They should be well-versed in both analytical/technical and creative/experimental sides of marketing, using one to inform the other.

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing recommendations and executing strategies for search keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search
  2. Collaborating with agencies to ensure tactics align with the overall strategic approach
  3. Managing, reviewing, and performing daily responsibilities related to performance across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
  4. Providing creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates
  5. Generating reports on key metrics, goals, revenue, and initiatives
  6. Staying updated with search engine and PPC industry trends
  7. Collaborating with the CRO team to optimize landing page conversions
  8. Ensuring a holistic search approach in coordination with SEO managers
