We are looking for a Specialist Marketplace Management Global Partner eCommerce (m/f/d) to strengthen our Marketplace Management team as soon as possible. Would you like to drive eCommerce topics forward and make a difference? A highly motivated team with flat hierarchies and a lot of fun at work is looking forward to welcoming you.

What you can expect:

• Strategic and operational support for the platform business to drive the development of the marketplace business.
• Continuous development of the marketplace sales incl. the definition & execution of marketing campaigns & activations as well as KPI monitoring and optimization together with our online business partners and internal stakeholders.
• Interface function between the various stakeholders as well as driving operational excellence.
• Analysis and evaluation of relevant performance indicators and derivation of action measures at product, price, and inventory level.
• Push forward data-driven thinking to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Creation of management reports to present the sales development of the HUGO BOSS product range on the Marketplace.

Your profile:

• First experience in the eCommerce environment, ideally in the marketplace business.
• Successfully completed business studies or a comparable degree.
• Experience with MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Structured, independent, and result-oriented way of working combined with a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (German & English).
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with international internal and external stakeholders.
