The position is temporary for 18 months.

Your Role

1. Supporting the product experts in the Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation department.
2. Creation and evaluation of product specifications and other relevant documents both in our own IT system and on the basis of customer documents and in customer portals.
3. Evaluation of products from a food chemistry perspective with regard to special nutritional forms or quality standards.
4. Advice on food law and food chemistry for internal and external customers based on German and European food law.

Your Profile

1. Successfully completed studies in food chemistry, ecotrophology, nutritional science or comparable training in the food context.
2. First professional experience desirable, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
3. Very good knowledge of English and German.
4. Experience with common MS Office applications, ideally knowledge of SAP.
5. Careful, accurate and responsible way of working.
6. Very good communication and teamwork skills.
