Your Responsibilities
Learning
- Support the Learning & Development Manager in implementing the learning strategy and organizing various learning solutions (workshops, online trainings, e-learning paths, etc.).
- Contribute to shaping the global learning strategy and continuously improve learning processes.
- Assist in implementing key Learning & Development initiatives and core projects.
- Organize global meetings with People & Culture partners.
- Enhance employee satisfaction and engagement with the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee and maintain global training content in the LMS and support departments in creating and delivering global eLearning solutions.
- Compare current LMS offerings with future opportunities, provide guidance, and advise stakeholders.
- Share responsibilities as a global LMS administrator with the Learning & Development Manager, updating content globally.
- Regularly assess and update training offerings to ensure relevance and quality.
Reporting on ROI
- Generate reports on e-learning KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.
- Communicate training plans and events to relevant stakeholders globally.
What You Offer Us
- Completed commercial vocational training with relevant experience in Learning and Development, focusing on LMS and content creation.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and content creation tools.
- Experience in personal learning topics within an international group is preferred.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture, policies, and governance.
- Analytical skills and an independent, structured work approach.
- Understanding of individual psychology related to motivation, engagement, and recognition.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and resilience to challenges.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working with diverse groups.
