Responsibilities
  • In one-on-one meetings, you will inform Freudenberg Group employees about the options available for company pensions
  • You will be responsible for the administration of company pensions, from providing information to issuing policies
  • You will work closely with HR contacts within the Freudenberg Group on matters relating to company pensions
  • Together with five other colleagues, you will be responsible for calculating company pensions for our former employees
  • You will be the point of contact for our former employees and HR contacts for all questions relating to company pensions
Qualifications
  • You have commercial training, ideally with additional HR qualifications or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll or pension accounting would be an advantage
  • You have a very good knowledge of German tax and social security law and enjoy working with numbers
  • We require you to have a good working knowledge of MS Office, and basic knowledge of SAP-HR and LOGA would round off your profile
  • You enjoy communicating and customer focus is your top priority
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German
