Your Responsibilities:

• Supervision, administration, and further development of the entire IT network and security infrastructure
• Administration and monitoring of firewalls (preferably Checkpoint), switches, and routers (preferably Cisco Meraki)
• Networking and securing of data centers and cloud environments (focus on Azure)
• Implementation and maintenance of network security solutions (IDS/IPS, VPN, SIEM)
• Execution and support of security audits, risk management, penetration tests, and ISO 27001 requirements
• Review and development of IT policies, conducting internal controls
• Organization and execution of user trainings, awareness campaigns, and phishing tests
• Close collaboration with international colleagues and external IT service providers
• Participation in international projects in the field of IT security and network infrastructure

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in IT networks, cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant certifications are an advantage (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, etc.)
• At least 5 years of hands-on professional experience in IT networking and security
• Solid knowledge of firewall management, network architecture, cloud security (MS Azure), as well as security tools and SIEM solutions
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware ESX/vSphere, and M365 security and governance topics is a plus
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
• Team player with intercultural competence and experience in international project work
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English, both spoken and written
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible personality with a positive attitude
