Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in AV/Endbenutzertechnologie-Support.
• Erfahrung in Event-Support und Live-Event-Management.

Aufgaben

As part of our IT team in Munich, you will act as a dedicated on-site support wavespace specialist and the technical first point of contact for meetings and events held in your respective geographic area. You will take on a wide range of responsibilities:

1. Assist with the deployment of hardware and software to end users, including the installation, configuration, and testing of complex hardware.
2. Assist with provisioning and de-provisioning processes, including setting up hardware/software for the wavespace support team.
3. Coordinate or assist with the repair of end user and lab hardware, reinstallation of software, and maintenance of technologies such as MS Surface Hubs, iPads, Microsoft Surface Studios, Digital Signal Processors, microphone systems, wireless presentation systems, etc., to resolve incidents.
4. Support technology applications including MURAL, Miro, Slido, Co Create, and others.
5. Manage additional applications such as Bluejeans, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in AV/end-user technology support; experience with cloud technology such as MS Azure is beneficial.
• Experience in event support and live event management/production; knowledge of AV industry standards is highly recommended.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, along with a strong customer service attitude.
• Proficiency in German and English communication skills.
