Division Controlling and Central Contact

Responsible for overseeing a division within GEA Group, including:

  1. Regular comparison of target and actual performance, monitoring revenue, costs, and results.
  2. Participation in review meetings.
  3. Supporting operating units in Germany and internationally.
  4. Preparing monthly management reports and conducting performance reviews.
  5. Assisting in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  6. Handling ad hoc requests and conducting special analyses.
  7. Supporting the planning process.
  8. Developing and optimizing processes and tools within Division Controlling.
  9. Providing controlling support for global projects and acting as a subject matter expert.
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Academic degree in Economics (Bachelor's or Master's), preferably with a focus on Controlling or related fields.
  • Initial experience in a similar role within an international group or consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Experience in designing reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
