Jobbeschreibung

  • You contribute to the setup, operation, and continuous development of the data privacy management system of the DKV Group, including recurring operational data privacy tasks (e.g., maintaining records of processing activities, privacy policies, data protection agreements, etc.).
  • You monitor and assess the adequacy of data privacy measures and requirements.
  • You develop audit concepts for the controls of the data privacy management system.
  • You conduct audit activities related to the data privacy management system, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
  • You perform compliance analyses to ensure adherence to data privacy laws and standards.
  • You support the creation of group-wide data privacy policies and conduct awareness training and consultations for employees.
  • You provide consultative support to departments in analyzing and handling data privacy incidents and events.
  • You contribute to the implementation of the data privacy risk management process and carry out risk aggregation.

What makes you stand out

  • You have completed a law degree and gained initial experience in data privacy or possess comparable expertise in data protection and privacy management.
  • You’re also welcome as a career starter with ambition.
  • Ideally, you’re familiar with systematically addressing regulatory requirements, establishing processes, and creating documentation within a comprehensive data privacy management system.
  • A data privacy-specific certification (e.g., CIPP/E) would be a plus.
  • You understand economic and technical contexts and can clearly structure complex issues, derive actions from them, and implement them effectively.
  • You have excellent MS Office skills.
  • You have strong English and German skills, both written and spoken.
