What you ideally bring:

  • Excellent oral and written Dutch communication skills, combined with friendliness and empathy to understand and assist our customers with their queries.
  • A strong interest in eCommerce and marketing, along with a passion for print and design, enabling you to provide optimal solutions for our customers and contribute to their business success.
  • Being a digital native, capable of connecting with customers across all channels, especially via phone, email, and chat.
  • Persistence and reliability as a partner for our clients, with an overview of current marketing solutions such as flyers, business cards, and disposable menus.

Initially, a 20-minute conversation via video or phone. If successful, you'll be invited for a more detailed interview via Zoom, where you'll have the chance to meet your potential Team Lead and learn more about the role.
