Ruby Hotels in Munich is seeking a Specialist Commercial Systems to lead PMS topics and commercial systems, connecting teams, technology and ideas across Ruby.

You’ll coordinate PMS developments, support pre-openings, manage roadmap projects, and drive automation and smarter processes. Fluent English required, German a plus, and a hands-on hospitality background. Join us for a fast-paced role in a growing company with playful, lean luxury culture.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on hospitality experience with Property Management Systems such as Oracle Opera Cloud.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams on PMS projects.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• become our go-to person for all PMS topics, ensuring smooth processes and alignment with Ruby standards
• coordinate PMS developments, tasks and feature requests across teams and keep everyone in the loop
• support hotel pre-openings, coordinating PMS setup, operational readiness and alignment with Ruby teams
• manage commercial systems and projects on our roadmap, keeping timelines, stakeholders and deliverables on track
• help shape and roll out our Commercial Projects Roadmap, with an eye on automation and smarter processes
• bring structure to complex projects through clear documentation, communication and cross-team collaboration
• spot opportunities to make our systems and workflows simpler and smarter, helping Ruby stay one step ahead digitally

We’ve been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• hands-on hospitality experience and know your way around Property Management Systems, ideallyOracle Opera Cloud
• managed cross-departmental projects, ideally where hospitality meets technology
• a clear understanding ofhotel operations, distribution and system integrations and are curious about how things work
• tech-minded and solution-oriented, always looking beyond the quick fix
• an organisational talent who stays on top of things, even when several priorities come your way
• confident communicating withtechnical and non-technical stakeholders, especially when things get busy, and know how to bring people together
• fluent in English; German is a plus
