DHL Express Fiji has exiting Vacancy for Specialist, CFIT Technical Support & Service management, Fiji & Pacific Islands to be based in Suva office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support for all IT related issues to Fiji and Pacific Islands via ticketing system.
  • Assist/Lead Digitalization initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Manage and deploy customer facing integrations.
  • Ensure issues are resolved within SLA.
  • Able to provide support remotely.
  • Manage assets and keep proper records of hardware.
  • Monitor, manage and deploy Network infrastructure and ensure no down time to the business.
  • Assist/lead projects to meet deadline.
  • Provide support to external customer on our electronic shipping solutions.
  • Work independently to complete projects.
  • Assist with procurement of IT equipment and services.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent).
  • ITIL Certification (preferred).
  • Cisco CCNA (preferred).
  • Microsoft AD / Azure (preferred).
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to learn rapidly and put that knowledge into practice.
  • Strong Communication Skills in spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional customer service and desire to exceed client expectations.
  • Team player, flexible, enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work on odd hours on demand.
