We have an exciting opportunity for you as:

Specialist Campaigns & Media (all genders welcome) within our Marketing department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job Mission:

As a Specialist Campaigns & Media, you will support the Senior Manager and Manager in planning, executing, and tracking Pan-European marketing and media campaigns for Kia. You will coordinate between internal teams, external agencies, and local markets, managing product imagery, brochures, videos, and campaign assets. Your role also includes supporting analytics, budgeting, and administrative processes related to media planning and performance tracking.

Your Responsibilities:

Campaigns:

  • Communicate regularly with KEU distributors' Marketing Managers about Pan European projects, focusing on product imagery, videos, and sales.
  • Coordinate and align projects between Campaigns and Digital teams on Product Landing pages, Connect, Charge, and Mobility websites.
  • Collaborate with in-house agencies and stakeholders for Mobility, Charge, and Connectivity services across Kia Europe.
  • Manage Model Year updates for brochures and imagery: planning, briefing, supervising, and delivering.
  • Support and oversee new product studio photography and imagery updates.
  • Assist in planning and briefing brochure adaptations, coordinating, delivering, and rolling out to European markets.
  • Support the development and production of product videos and promotional assets for motorshows.
  • Maintain KEU Marketing online platform Kia Studio and gather local adaptations of launch materials for approval and sharing best practices.
  • Collect local campaign materials and dealer advertising for review and approval.
  • Create and run surveys based on local materials to assess distributor utilization and satisfaction, identifying best practices and market needs.
  • Organize logistics for Pan European campaigns, including transport, product checks, and preparations.
  • Assist with invoicing and cost control processes using SAP, including invoice checking, documentation, and updating cost overviews.

Media:

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for the central media agency.
  • Support Senior Media Manager with media budget exercises and campaign tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and market/competitive situations across countries.
  • Lead digital data-driven projects under supervision.

Your Talents:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years in relevant roles, ideally in automotive, media, or consumer goods sectors. Production experience and campaign coordination across markets are advantages.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, understanding of marketing/media fundamentals, familiarity with media planning and analytics, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, comfort with data and digital platforms, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Other Attributes: Team player, proactive, interested in automotive and international marketing, adaptable to fast-paced multicultural environments.
