What you´ll do

• Develop accurate future demand forecast using historical data, market trends, sales & product insights
• Analyse trends in sales performance, ensure data accuracy accross resources, develop dashboards and regular reports for sales & operations leadership
• Collaborate with sales & product teams to incorporate business intelligence and market insights into forecasts and thus identify business opportunities
• Collaborate with supply planning team to optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence
• Monitor inventory turnover and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency
• Take active role in cross SBU Business Planning community projects and discussion

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Chemical engineering
• At least 2 years of proven experience in data analytics, sales operations, demand planning, supply chain, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting techniques and data analytics tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, experience with demand planning tools and software (e.g., SAP or similar)
• Detail-orientation with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (German as a plus)
