In order to further expand our strong market position, we are looking for you as an Account Manager (m/f/d) in Munich. You will be responsible for supporting our primarily English-speaking clients in a specific form of occupational pension provision. The role requires a consulting-oriented approach and collaboration across insurers.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Set appointments, propose, and execute tasks effectively.
  2. Advise and support a portfolio of international clients.
  3. Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
  4. Manage inventories and continuously optimize data processing.
  5. Perform calculations and manage data efficiently.
  6. Support digitalization projects and contribute to innovative developments.
Your Profile
Personality & Skills
  • Relevant training such as insurance-specific education, studies (e.g., economics, mathematics), or additional qualifications.
  • Experience with bAV in client service, actuarial departments, or HR.
  • Affinity for numbers, analytical skills, and precision.
  • Independence, commitment, and high service orientation.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of database systems, SQL, and VBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
