In order to further expand our strong market position, we are looking for you as an Account Manager (m/f/d) in Munich. You will be responsible for supporting our primarily English-speaking clients in a specific form of occupational pension provision. The role requires a consulting-oriented approach and collaboration across insurers.
Your Responsibilities
- Set appointments, propose, and execute tasks effectively.
- Advise and support a portfolio of international clients.
- Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
- Manage inventories and continuously optimize data processing.
- Perform calculations and manage data efficiently.
- Support digitalization projects and contribute to innovative developments.
Your Profile
Personality & Skills
- Relevant training such as insurance-specific education, studies (e.g., economics, mathematics), or additional qualifications.
- Experience with bAV in client service, actuarial departments, or HR.
- Affinity for numbers, analytical skills, and precision.
- Independence, commitment, and high service orientation.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of database systems, SQL, and VBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
