Sungrow Europe in Germany is seeking a Spare Parts Logistics Intern to support end-to-end spare-parts operations, coordinating shipments and keeping stakeholders informed. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving greentech environment.

You are currently studying logistics or a related field, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of using MS Office, Excel, and Power BI, with a willingness to learn SAP and CRM tools.

Your mission

Hallo und willkommen bei Sungrow! We are excited to welcome a motivated Spare Parts Logistics Intern to our team in Germany. In this role, you will help keep our spare-parts operations moving smoothly and support our mission to make clean energy more accessible every day.

• Support end-to-end spare-parts logistics operations, from shipment coordination through to delivery.
• Track shipments across the logistics process and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inbound and outbound shipment activities in the CRM system.
• Support inventory transfers and periodic stocktaking activities in SAP.
• Compile and analyse logistics data to support operational visibility and improvement.
• Contribute to efficient, reliable service for customers and partners across our sustainable-energy business.

• You are currently studying logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and interested in spare-parts logistics and sustainable energy.
• You work carefully, patiently, and reliably, with strong attention to detail.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy coordinating with different people and teams.
• You have English skills at CEFR B2 level or above; German and Chinese skills are a plus.
• You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI, and are comfortable learning systems such as SAP and CRM tools.
