Upway, Europe's leading marketplace for refurbished e-bikes, is looking for a Spare Parts Associate to join the Operations team in Düsseldorf (Reisholz). This full-time role focuses on stock management and ensuring the right parts are available for repairs.

You will handle inventory, place orders, and communicate with suppliers while collaborating with mechanics and a fast-paced team. Fluency in English is required and German is a plus; the position offers an on-site work setup with an employee

The Role: Spare Parts Associate

To keep our e-bike repairs running as efficiently as possible, we're looking for a full-time Spare Parts Associate to join our Operations team in Düsseldorf (Reisholz).

Key Responsibilities

Managing stock entries and inventory adjustments

• Conducting physical inventories and stocktakes
• Supplying the correct parts to our mechanics so they can carry out repairs efficiently
• Placing orders for spare parts
• Communicating with suppliers by email and phone
• Monitoring and tracking orders
• Taking on additional projects based on your interests and availability

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Technical knowledge of e-bikes and bicycles

• Proficient with standard IT tools (email, MS Office)
• Interest in learning everything about bicycle spare parts to keep our inventory accurate and complete
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Good written and spoken English; German is a plus but not required
• A problem-solving attitude
• Enthusiasm for cycling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
