Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and processing customer enquiries
2. Preparing quotations and order confirmations
3. Tracking delivery dates and proactively communicating with customers
4. Coordinating technical matters relating to spare parts
5. Monitoring and advising on safety stock in the warehouse
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction with spare parts deliveries
7. Assisting the Manager with reporting requirements and sales statistics

Qualifications:

1. Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification
2. Initial work experience in customer service
3. Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office
4. Very good knowledge of German and English
5. Strong communication skills and service mentality
6. Reliable and systematic way of working
