Your Tasks
  • Product Management & Strategy: Lead the full lifecycle of Space-as-a-Service solutions, from ideation through rollout, optimization, and market analysis. (We unlock the potential of our physical locations, turning them into revenue-generating, experience-led environments with a scalable portfolio of innovative concepts)
  • Pricing & Contract Design: Develop and implement pricing strategies and contract frameworks; ensure compliance and coordinate complex cross-departmental alignments
  • International Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Manage implementation with country organizations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Internal Key Account Management: Collaborate closely with international and national Real Estate Key Accounts to drive a coherent space strategy
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define and track KPIs, monitor performance across products and countries, and prepare regular management reports
  • Budget & Resource Planning: Support budget planning and resource allocation for assigned products and projects
Your Profile
  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in product management, business development, retail business, or comparable roles with international exposure
  • Proven expertise in pricing strategies and contract design/management, ideally in retail environments
  • Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of B2B business models and real estate market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (incl. at management level)
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, results orientation, and persistence
  • Strategic and conceptual thinker with advanced project management skills and ability to work in matrix structures
  • Experience in leading (sub-)projects and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
