Responsibilities
- As a wellbeing expert, advise guests professionally on the selection of spa and fitness programmes.
- Coordinate and plan appointments efficiently for masseurs, therapists, beauty specialists, and fitness trainers.
- Handle change requests from guests regarding treatments already booked.
- Work closely with all employees in the spa area.
- Inspire guests with our care products from depot partners and offers from the SPA and fitness area, actively promoting them.
- Convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.
Qualifications
- Completed training in the hotel or service sector or relevant professional experience.
- Ideally further training in wellness, cosmetics, or massage (e.g., wellness counsellor).
- Positive charisma and enthusiasm to convey to guests and colleagues.
- Competent and warm demeanor.
- Responsible work ethic.
- Sincere guest and service orientation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High initiative and sales talent.
- Good knowledge of English.
