Opened in 1971, Hotel NEPTUN is an employer with many years of experience. We employ over 240 staff (m/f/d) and more than 60 trainees from over 20 different countries. Of these, more than 50 employees have been working at Hotel NEPTUN for over 25 years.

Your workplace

Our NEPTUN SPA is famous because it is home to Germany's first original Thalasso centre with a seal of approval. Covering an area of 2,400m², the centre is all about the balance between exercise and relaxation. A friendly team lovingly looks after our guests in beautiful surroundings.

Main tasks:

• You will be responsible for the smooth, operational running of the NEPTUN SPA at divisional manager level and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• You summarise the administrative processes and evaluate them for the management
• You are responsible for the budget, derive individual measures and coordinate the cyclical inventories in addition to purchasing goods
• You ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• You lead a team of trainers, therapists, beauticians, receptionists and trainees and are not only the first point of contact, but are also responsible for the qualitative and targeted development of your employees
• You keep abreast of current developments in the areas of wellness, cosmetics and sport and harmonise these with the hotel's objectives

What you bring with you

• You have successfully completed training specialising in sports or wellness and have an additional business qualification; or a comparable degree
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position; you have learnt how to manage employees with understanding and appreciation
• You love contact with guests and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to deal with our discerning guests in a professional and courteous manner
• You have a high level of quality awareness and a very good solution-orientation
• Ideally, you have experience with THALGO and St. Barth products
• You are confident in using MS Office, knowledge of TAC and FIDELIO Suite 8 is an advantage
• Your written and spoken German is business fluent, further foreign language skills are an advantage
