Your Daily Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will:

  • Be actively involved in daily food preparation
  • Assist the kitchen management with administrative tasks such as menu planning, ordering, and labeling
  • Prepare monthly inventories in consultation with the kitchen management
  • Regularly check food quality and deliveries, and oversee hygiene standards (HACCP)
Required Qualifications

You should:

  • Possess a completed culinary apprenticeship and experience in upscale gastronomy
  • Bring passion, creativity, attention to detail, and love for the culinary arts
  • Demonstrate high commitment and independent working skills
  • Have good manners and a high self-imposed quality standard
  • Be proficient in PC skills, especially MS Office
