Qualifikationen

Your Tasks:

• Requesting the necessary goods needed daily and their proper storage
• Preparing meals for breakfast buffets serving up to 1200 people
• Handling all food items with quality and cost consciousness
• Consistently following all recipe guidelines
• Implementing all Hilton standards, creating quality standards, and monitoring their adherence
• Observing, implementing, and training hygiene guidelines across the work area
• Participating in departmental and cross-departmental meetings and training sessions
• Onboarding and training our new trainees as well as staff
• Preparing duty rosters and vacation plans
• Daily coordination and close collaboration with the head chef

What We Expect From You:

• Completed, solid training as a chef and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within upscale gastronomy or hospitality
• Organizational talent and strong leadership skills
• Target-oriented working style
