Boeing is currently seeking to recruit a Sourcing Recruiter (m/f/d) to be based in Neu-Isenburg or Hamburg, Germany.

The candidate will support our Engineering, Test & Technology (ET&T) portfolio across Europe. This is a critical role within our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team and will support global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts, and new program wins. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and recruiting the best engineering talent across Europe and other global regions.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies that capture, engage, and maintain top, diverse talent pipelines.
2. Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure all hiring targets are met on time.
3. Attend and lead intake sessions for new positions and projects; be accountable for requisition management activities.
4. Own external sourcing activity for the engineering function; maintain strong talent pipeline health.
5. Lead all aspects of the initial candidate screening process (phone screen, candidate preparation, screening interview, feedback review).
6. Create and foster deep business relationships with all stakeholders.
7. Ensure a high level of data integrity on all activities.
8. Value diversity and inclusion at the heart of your work, seeing the value in every person.
9. Collaborate with GTA leadership on how to enhance sourcing capability across the enterprise.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

1. Significant experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within technical or IT markets.
2. Demonstrable experience of building Boolean search strings and maintaining talent pipelines.
3. Understanding and exceeding performance targets.
4. Focus on candidate experience and delivering outstanding service.
5. Business relationship building and a collaborative approach.
6. Inquisitive with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
7. Understanding the value of data to inform decisions.
8. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

1. Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographies.
2. Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals.
3. Attention to detail and commercial awareness.
4. Digital literacy and valuing technology.
5. Experience with Workday and Avature is advantageous but not essential.

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
