Position: EMEA S&P Client Account Sourcing Manager

The responsibilities of this role include:

1. Developing sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements and managing all strategic sourcing and procurement activities across all Work Place Management (WPM) service lines.
2. Delivering all S&P targets related to the client account.
3. Leading and managing the S&P team to ensure high performance standards.
4. Representing JLL S&P in client meetings and forums, ensuring effective communication.
5. Leading negotiations and achieving savings targets.
6. Tracking and reporting savings via relevant platforms like Jaggaer.
7. Producing monthly and quarterly S&P reports, including supplier reviews, analytics, and risk assessments.
8. Managing procurement planning, RFP processes, bid analysis, and liaising with client governance for contract management and compliance.
9. Managing account resources and ensuring procurement scope is appropriately managed.
10. Maintaining complete and updated supplier records and managing supplier relationships.
11. Providing performance reports against KPIs and supporting transformation activities.
12. Engaging with and supporting training on S&P strategic sourcing tools, systems, and policies.
13. Ensuring compliance with S&P policies and procedures, and developing sourcing plans for the region.
14. Supporting supplier onboarding and account transitions.
15. Developing and managing ESG strategies for the account.
16. Supporting stakeholder and client surveys, reporting results and actions.
