JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Sorting Hub Manager to oversee the daily operations of a sorting hub, ensuring efficient inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and accurate package sorting to meet delivery deadlines and uphold service quality.

You will lead a team of supervisors and operators, develop procedures, monitor KPIs, collaborate with transportation and warehousing, drive continuous improvements, and maintain a safe, organized working environment across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years in logistics/warehouse ops, with 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to optimize operational processes and lead large teams.

• Manage and lead all aspects of sorting hub operations, including inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, package sorting, and inventory management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operators, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring safety.
• Monitor KPIs such as sorting accuracy, throughput, on-time performance, and labor utilization; take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer Service for end-to-end operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technological advancements to enhance sorting efficiency and capacity.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and the workspace is clean and organized.
