Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SoMe and Community Managers across various projects, ensuring resource allocation and support.
• Design and implement regional community strategies tailored to cultural and linguistic differences.
• Manage community reporting, analyze player feedback, and report on community efforts and campaign results.
• Enhance user engagement across different channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with regional and international partners to develop holistic campaigns.
• Work with product and marketing teams to gain community and market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher; native English speaker.
• Over 8 years of community management and operations experience in digital entertainment, preferably in gaming.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of WEU market trends, especially in France, with knowledge of pop culture, entertainment, and internet markets.
• Experience with branded campaigns on YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and Twitch.
• Passion for the gaming industry, knowledge of mobile games, and experience speaking at public events.
• Ability to work with Western European teams, adapt to time zones, and respond promptly.
• High initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel.
