Zusammenfassung

CGS is seeking a Senior IP Solution Manager to drive end-to-end network solution architectures for enterprise clients across the DACH region. In this technical pre-sales role, you will design, demonstrate, and deploy cutting-edge IP networking solutions.

You will partner with C-level executives, network architects, and IT leaders to deliver architecture, PoCs, and live demos for multi-vendor environments, covering Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, SD-WAN, and data center systems.

Qualifikationen

• Strong domain knowledge in Datacom and IP technologies (Enterprise Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Data Center).
• Minimum 3 years of technical pre-sales or solution engineering in the DACH region.
• Proven ability to understand enterprise IT environments and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills bridging technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Eligible to live and work in Germany.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IP Solution Manager to join a premier global ICT infrastructure provider. In this technical pre-sales role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end network solution architectures for enterprise clients across the DACH region. You will work closely with C-level executives, network architects, and enterprise IT leaders to design, demonstrate, and deploy cutting-edge IP networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end enterprise network architectures, including Wi-Fi, Switches, Access Routers, SD-WAN, Data Center infrastructure, and network management platforms.
• Technical Pre-Sales & Demos: Deliver high-impact technical presentations, live product demonstrations, and PoCs to C-level executives and enterprise network architects.
• Market & Customer Insights: Identify emerging customer pain points, IT transformation priorities, and technology dynamics across the DACH market to position tailored IP solutions.
• Product Competitiveness: Gather market requirements and technical gaps to collaborate with global product management teams and continuously enhance portfolio competitiveness.
• Partner & Channel Enablement: Support online/offline technical events and empower channel partners to expand market coverage and drive independent technical execution.

Requirements

• Strong domain knowledge in Datacom and IP technologies (Enterprise Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and Data Center architecture).
• Minimum 3 years of technical pre-sales or solution engineering experience within the DACH region.
• Proven track record of understanding enterprise IT environments and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Must be eligible to live and work in Germany.
