• Over 3,000 customers in EMEA such as Mercedes, Deutsche Bank, Volkswagen, Audi, SAP
• Currently at €300m ARR
• Already at €100m net profit annually and looking to grow 100% in the next 3 years.
• 90% market share after a successful acquisition.

The Leadership

• A new CEO joined last month, who has come in with clear plans to reach €500m & above through organic and inorganic growth. He was the CEO of a previous company where he led them to a $4b exit.
• He has assembled an A-player leadership team with experience in multi-billion dollar acquisitions.
• Backed by one of the largest investors in the world.
