SailPoint Solutions Architect - IIQ

Role summary :

The Solutions Architect at ProofID leads technical efforts during pre-sales, RFP creation, client demos, and, if awarded, installation, integration, deployment, or maintenance of SailPoint IIQ projects. This client-facing role requires turning client identity requirements into practical solutions, working closely with the Chief Services Officer.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the CSO during pre-sales activities, including meetings, product demos, and proposal development.
2. Install, integrate, and deploy IIQ products in client environments.
3. Support post-implementation activities such as user testing, debugging, and environment maintenance.
4. Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners.
5. Partner with Project Managers on scope, schedule, progress, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience with many of the following technologies:

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or systems integration, including 3+ years in enterprise software implementation as a developer and architect.
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration, especially with IIQ products.
• Excellent communication skills and client collaboration experience.
• Knowledge of XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Platforms such as Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX).
• Databases like Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
• Directories such as LDAP and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with IAM, identity management provisioning, RBAC, and provisioning systems.

Preferred :

• Experience with project management tasks like planning, resource management, scope, and documentation.
• Experience with QA activities including usability, performance, and automated testing.
• Security software or internal IT audit experience.
