SailPoint Solutions Architect - IIQ

Role summary:

The ProofID Solutions Architect is the technical lead, working closely with the Chief Services Officer during pre-sales, RFP creation, client demos, and project deployment or maintenance of SailPoint IIQ software. This client-facing role involves transforming client identity requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, product demos, and proposal development.
2. Install, integrate, and deploy IIQ products in client environments.
3. Support post-implementation activities such as user testing, debugging, and environment maintenance.
4. Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers on scope, schedule, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience with the following technologies:

1. 5-7+ years in enterprise software or systems integration, including 3+ years in implementation as a developer and architect.
2. Experience with software development, implementation, and configuration of IIQ products.
3. Excellent communication skills and client collaboration experience.
4. Knowledge of XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, HTML.
5. Platforms such as Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX).
6. Databases like Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
7. Directories such as LDAP and Active Directory.
8. Familiarity with IAM, identity management provisioning, RBAC, and provisioning systems.

Preferred:

1. Experience working with project management, including planning, resource management, and documentation.
2. Experience with QA activities like usability and performance testing.
3. Security software or internal IT audit experience.
