SailPoint Solutions Architect - IIQ

Role summary:

The Solutions Architect reports to the Chief Services Officer and leads technical aspects during pre-sales, client demos, and project deployment of SailPoint IIQ software. This client-facing role involves transforming client identity requirements into effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage in pre-sales activities, including meetings, demos, and proposal creation.
2. Install, integrate, and deploy IIQ products in client environments.
3. Support post-implementation activities like user testing, debugging, and maintenance.
4. Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product to clients and partners.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers on scope, schedule, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with technologies such as:

• 5-7+ years in enterprise software or systems integration, including 3+ years in implementation as a developer and architect.
• Software development, implementation, and configuration, especially with IIQ products.
• Strong communication skills and client collaboration experience.
• Technologies like XML, SPML/SOAP, Web/Application Servers, HTML, Windows, Unix platforms, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), Directories (LDAP, AD).
• Familiarity with IAM provisioning systems, RBAC, and provisioning is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with project planning, resource management, and documentation.
• QA experience, including usability and performance testing.
• Security software or internal IT audit experience.
